Houston Department of Health and Human Services (HDHHS) has made the policy decision to adopt ImmTrac, the statewide immunization registry, as its sole reporting mechanism and relinquish its ownership of the Houston-Harris County Immunization Registry (HHCIR). As a result of this decision HHCIR will no longer be available after November 30, 2008.
